Fred-Report:

Hey my friends,

after a very nice calm night on board I am full of energy to wonder around in town.

Oh, Bodoe is wonderful, a small town in Northern Norway, it is a bit chilly but everywhere there are flowers, trees and many monuments. Unfortunately I cannot read what is written on the plates as it is Norwegian, but it doesn,t matter, I just take a picture as souvenir. And do you know what I discovered?

You will never guess.... a walrus... well of course not a real one but one carved out of stone. Hoohooo I can tell you these guys are really big, I know that I am not so tall but these guys are huge, even Jens looks tiny. And if I am lucky I will see during my cruise real walruses up in the Arctic in Svalbard.

But now I am hungry and I am looking forward to go out for dinner with Jens our Chief Officer.... do you know what we ate? Sushi and then a delicious dessert.

Finally on the way home I saw the midnight sun... it is awesome, it is almost midnight and the sun is still shining.
